Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Blue Arts Solution website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed. Ownership of the physical artwork transfers to you once full payment has been received and the artwork has been delivered. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your artwork. If you purchase an eligible non personalised artwork online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the artwork. To request a return, email bluearts-solution@hotmail.com with your order number. If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please include photographs of both the artwork and its packaging. If you are returning an artwork because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. We recommend using a tracked and appropriately insured delivery service. If the artwork is faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrect or not as described, we will cover the reasonable cost of returning it. Once we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will process any eligible refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Personalised or commissioned artwork made specifically to your requirements cannot normally be cancelled because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your legal rights where an artwork is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
Privacy Policy
Blue Arts Solution collects personal information such as your name, contact details, delivery address and order information to process purchases, provide customer support and comply with our legal obligations. Payment information is securely processed by our payment providers, and we do not store your full payment card details. We only share your information with trusted service providers where necessary to fulfil your order or comply with legal requirements. We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary and process it in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Art Ownership & Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, ownership of the physical artwork transfers to you once payment has been received in full. Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain the property of the artist unless they are transferred by a separate written agreement. Purchasing an artwork does not give permission to reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially use the artwork without the artist’s prior written consent.
