Terms & Conditions
By exploring our website or completing a purchase, you consent to these provisions. All transaction values are set in GBP, and we facilitate payments through several secure gateways. We offer delivery throughout the UK, with relevant postal fees determined during the checkout process. For information regarding your 14-day cancellation entitlement for UK orders, please refer to our Returns Policy. While the physical piece belongs to you, our studio maintains all copyright and creative ownership of the art. We exclude liability for any indirect damages arising from website interaction. These regulations are strictly governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to love your art. Under UK, you have 14 days to return non-custom paintings. Items must be in their original condition. To start a return, email us with your order number and photos if the piece arrived damaged. Once received, we will process your GBP refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note that custom commissions cannot be returned. Customers cover return shipping unless the work is damaged or incorrect. We do not offer direct exchanges. This policy complements our full Terms and Conditions.
Privacy Policy
At Blue Art Solution, we value your privacy. We collect account details, contact info, and order data. We receive payment confirmation but never see or store full card numbers. Your information is used to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal duties, or for marketing if you agree. Your details stay in the U or are protected by strict safeguards. We keep data only as long as legal and tax rules require.
